Inspired since childhood by her father’s passion for photography, Monica studied Visual Arts in Madrid. Her career started 22 years ago when she began working as an in-house photographer for Vogue - Spain.
After 16 years of fashion editorials, lifestyle, portraits, product photography and front covers with Vogue she started her freelance phase collaborating with the likes of Vanity Fair - Spain and Italy, GQ Spain, Glamour France, Elle Infants, Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, Telva, SModa, Condé Nast Traveller and Hola Fashion.
In the realm of advertising, she works with customers like Netflix, Inditex (Oysho, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti), Calzedonia, El Corte Ingles, Pronovias, Springfield, Four Season, Mayoral, Maison Hotel and Rabat.
She also develops more personal projects and socio-cultural documentaries both in photography and video.
Monica is currently based in Spain and travels frequently across the globe for different projects.
